We offer a no-charge design consultation, either by appointment here in our workshop, or via telephone.  We invite you to take advantage of our knowledge and years of experience to explore the possibilities for your space. In order to provide accurate pricing information we request the following information:

• An overall description of the scope of the project
• Approximate dimensions of either the space or piece to be created
• Any finishing or material preferences that you may have
• Your location

If you don't have some of this information, don't worry, we'll help you figure it out.  It's what we do. Once we have all of the necessary information, we will provide you with a formal proposal.  Our proposals contain detailed costs for both the design work portion of a project as well as the cost of producing and installing the work itself.  When you are ready to move ahead with the project, we then schedule an in-home visit to take detailed measurements and discuss the particulars of achieving your design goals.  At the time of the site visit we request payment of our design fee as specified in the written proposal.  We then set about the process of creating your unique design, presenting drawings, photos, and material samples as we work with you to hone the design and resolve any issues that may arise.

When you are satisfied with the finished design, we require a 50% deposit towards the construction of your project and provide you with a timetable for installation. Throughout the process, we are here to answer any questions you may have as we work towards ensuring the finished piece exceeds your expectations.
